Welcome to The Anxiety Balance Blueprint, a 6 week programme where we are on a mission to empower you in your journey towards greater well-being and confidence in 2025!
This 6-week online course has been carefully designed to help you reset your nervous system and manage anxiety with practical, powerful tools.
Each week, we’ll dive deeper into key areas, giving you the strategies and insights to manage anxiety, rewire your thoughts, and build healthier habits.
With a focus on practical coaching interventions, emotional regulation, and lifestyle adjustments, this programme will equip you with the knowledge, support and techniques to start 2025 anxiety-free.​

How will it help me?
Week 1: Anxiety Masterclass: In this introductory session, you’ll gain an understanding of what anxiety is and why it shows up the way it does. We’ll cover the science of anxiety, exploring how it affects both mind and body. You’ll learn the basics of polyvagal theory and how your nervous system’s response to stress is designed to keep you safe. By the end of this session, you’ll have a foundational knowledge of how anxiety works, empowering you to begin shifting your relationship with it.

Week 2: Meet Your Nervous System: Building on what you learned in Week 1, this session takes a closer look at your own nervous system. Through guided exercises, you’ll learn to identify which state you’re in at any given moment. This awareness will be your first step in recognising and gently shifting out of anxious states when they arise, putting you in the driver’s seat of your experience.

Week 3: Releasing Emotions: This week, you’ll learn practical techniques that you can use to calm your nervous system in moments of anxiety. You’ll practice using these tools in a way that suits you best, so that when anxiety arises, you’ll feel more confident in your ability to respond and self-regulate.

Week 4: Rewiring Your Thoughts: Anxiety can often lead to “stuck” thoughts, feeings & behaviours, you’ll discover how to identify, process and step pout of this cycle. By freeing up this stored tension, you’ll make space for a greater sense of peace and resilience, helping you feel, think and behave in a much more controlled and positive way.

Week 5: Building Your Personal Strategy: This week is all about creating a personalised regulation strategy tailored to your unique needs and preferences. You’ll identify which of the tools and techniques from the course work best for you, crafting a custom plan that you can rely on in moments of stress or anxiety. With this bespoke strategy in place, you’ll feel more empowered and prepared, knowing you have the tools to navigate life’s challenges.

Week 6: Moving Forward: During your final session, you’ll learn about practices that support long-term nervous system health and resilience. We’ll explore ways to integrate your personal regulation strategy into daily life, making nervous system care a regular part of your routine. You’ll reflect on your progress, set future goals, and leave the course with a clear path forward. By the end of this session, you’ll have the knowledge, tools, and confidence to continue building a life of calm and freedom from anxiety.
