Week 1: Anxiety Masterclass
Gain a comprehensive understanding of anxiety what it is, how it manifests in the brain and body, and how it affects your daily life. This masterclass lays the foundation for rewiring your nervous system and regaining control.

Week 2: Regulation Strategies
Explore emotional and sensory regulation techniques, using Polyvagal theory as a guide. Learn how to calm your nervous system and develop daily practices that reduce anxiety in a manageable and effective way.

Week 3: Triggers & Glimmers
Discover how to identify your personal anxiety triggers as well as "glimmers"—those positive cues that promote calm. This week is about recognising what sparks anxiety and what fosters peace, so you can shift your focus towards balance and emotional well-being.

Week 4: Lifestyle Interventions
Explore lifestyle changes that support anxiety management. From sleep habits to nutrition, we’ll examine how small adjustments in your daily routines can make a big difference to your mental and emotional health.

Week 5: Rewiring Thoughts
Learn techniques to reshape your thought patterns and break free from negative cycles. Through cognitive reframing and hypnotherapy, this week focuses on shifting your mindset towards healthier, more empowering thoughts.

Week 6: Managing Daily Stressors & Action Plan
Develop strategies for handling everyday stress with greater ease, and create an action plan for maintaining your progress long after the course ends. This final week is all about integrating everything you’ve learned and setting yourself up for long-term success.
