PARENT & CHILD MINDFULNESS
Sadly, increasingly more children & young people are experiencing anxiety, depression, and related symptoms.
Mindfulness is a fantastic way for kids and adults to:
Lower anxiety & stress,
Increase self esteem,
Improve mental health & body image
Increase positive mood.
Once restrictions have been lifted, I will announce a 6 week group mindfulness programme, for children and their parents/carers.
Here you will learn fun, engaging techniques, spend some quality time together and will be able to use the exercises at home, school, work... everywhere really.
