How long is the programme?
This is a structured 4 weeks programme launching on 9th September.
How is this online programme different to the 121 sessions?
The basic concept of the 4 stages stay the same. The primary difference is that the weekly sessions are held as a group call over Zoom. You can join the private call and contribute, or ensure this is a private experience by either not using video & audio or watching the session at a time that suits you on replay.
Groups are kept very small, as together we create an intimate, supportive group who cheer each other on!
The hypnotherapy sessions and techniques are delivered "content free" so you can mould the sessions around your own personal experience.
What would each week involve?
Each module consists of a weekly live hypnotherapy session, including demonstrations of tools for that week. You will receive a useful e-book where you can take notes and track your process. Some weeks also include hypnotic audios for you to keep forever.

Am I suitable for the programme?
This programme is suitable for anyone who experiences mild – moderate anxiety, or anyone who feels stuck in a negative place and would like to wipe the slate clean.
For people who may have experienced trauma in their life, the 121 programme may be a more suitable option.
It is not suitable for individuals who may experience more severe forms of anxiety or mental health conditions such as forms of psychosis or current suicidal thoughts or behaviours.
