Reset is an empowering 8 week group program designed specifically for those living with chronic anxiety. Starting January 5th, this course guides participants through a journey of identifying and calming the nervous system, building lasting confidence, and fostering a supportive community. Each week, you'll explore practical tools and gentle techniques to regulate your body and mind, while connecting with others who truly understand your experience. By the end of the programme, you'll feel more resilient, confident, and ready to embrace life with a renewed sense of calm. Reset supports you to work through the four challenges that hold so many of us back: - Anxiety: Learn what’s really happening in your body when anxiety rises, and how to calm your system before it spirals. - Loneliness: Discover how your nervous system responds to connection, why feeling alone can become a default state, and how to rebuild genuine internal safety so relationships feel easier. - Overwhelm: Instead of pushing through or shutting down, you’ll learn tools that help you stay steady and grounded, even on difficult days. - Low confidence: When your body feels safe, confidence grows naturally. Reset gives you the foundations to trust yourself again — your decisions, your boundaries, your pace. Each week includes: ✔ Short video lessons ✔ Guided hypnotherapy audios ✔ A printable workbook ✔ ✔ Optional weekly Q&A check in calls (we'd love to see you there, but you'll have all your resources needed if you can't attend!) This programme focuses on reducing anxiety, easing overwhelm, rebuilding connection, and strengthening confidence, step by step. This is not therapy, and it’s not “mindset coaching.” It’s nervous system education and regulation, the piece most people never learn, but desperately need.
