1:1 Sessions

If you're looking for personal support that's practical, focused, and tailored to you, these 1-to-1 sessions are designed to help you move forward.

 

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply want to better understand yourself, we'll work together to identify what's holding you back and find meaningful, lasting solutions.

 

This isn’t traditional counselling, it’s a more modern, hands-on approach to improving your mental health and emotional wellbeing.

Everything is designed to support you beyond the sessions themselves, giving you tools you can revisit and use long after our work together ends.

These sessions are ideal if:

  • You've tried traditional counselling or talking therapies but want a different approach

  • You're looking for practical strategies, not just talking about how you feel

  • You want to take real steps toward change, but feel unsure where to start

  • You're open to exploring your patterns and ready to take action

Whether you’re facing anxiety, stress, low mood, or just need direction, this approach meets you where you are and helps you get where you want to be.

How much does it cost?

​

  • £70 for a single session

  • £60 per session for ongoing sessions

​

There’s no pressure to commit long-term, you can start with one session and take it from there.

​

How many sessions will I need?

​

That depends on your individual situation.
Some people benefit from just a few focused sessions, while others choose to continue for longer-term support.

​

For deeper or more long-standing challenges, I usually recommend starting with 4 sessions to begin seeing a noticeable shift.

​

Where are sessions held?

​

You can choose the format that works best for you:

  • In-person sessions are available at private offices within a mental health hub in Redditch, Worcestershire

  • Or, opt for phone or online video sessions if you'd prefer support from the comfort of your own space

​

Do I need to prepare for my first session?

​

No preparation is needed. Just bring yourself and a willingness to explore what’s going on for you!

  • Confidential, non-judgemental space to explore your thoughts and experiences

  • Practical tools and techniques you can apply straight away

  • Access to supporting materials like audio guides, video tutorials, and worksheets to help you reflect and grow between sessions

Depending on your needs, sessions can include a combination of the following approaches and tools to best support your progress:

Mindfulness

We may use mindfulness techniques to help calm your nervous system and bring you back into the present moment. These practices can reduce anxiety, improve emotional regulation, and help you reconnect with your body and mind in a grounded, calming way. You’ll also receive audio recordings to support your practice between sessions, making it easier to integrate these skills into your daily life.

Your Reflective Space

Most importantly of all however, each session offers a safe, compassionate space just for you. We’ll look back over the week, celebrating your wins and exploring any wobbles or challenges that came up.

You’ll be met with zero judgement and full support, and we’ll work together to identify practical tools to help you move forward with confidence and self-kindness.
