I adapt techniques to your preferences and responsiveness, whether you prefer imagery, progressive relaxation, gentle counting, or metaphorical journeys.

Targeted Intervention & Suggestion
Once you’re in a receptive trance, we engage with your specific issue, be it anxiety, trauma, habits, self-esteem, or phobia. This might include positive suggestions, visualisations, parts work, and metaphorical re-scripting. The suggestions are always in your best interest and aligned with your values.

Integration & Awakening
After the core work, I guide you safely back to full waking awareness, ensuring you retain access to any insights and positive shifts. We’ll also plan how to embed those changes into everyday life—through reinforcement, reflection, and self-hypnosis practice.
