Things are a little strange, and maybe even worrying for us all, and here at The Mind Loft, some changes have been made.
Online or in-person?
In the first instance, an online zoom session will be suggested, which works just as well as in-person, the only difference is you can wear your pyjamas during the appointment!
Online appointments may not be suitable for all however, so if you feel that you would prefer an in-person appointment then this can be arranged, adhering to all recommended guidelines.
Please consult my Covid-19 Policy for further info on how things have been adapted for the safety of all.

Who am I?
Hi, I'm Laura and I am a fully qualified Clinical Hypnotherapist, Master Hypnotist, NLP Practitioner and EMDR Practitioner based in Redditch, Worcestershire.
Who are you?
When my clients first approach me, in many cases they are feeling overwhelmed, exhausted and can no longer see the light for the darkness.
You may not be able to see the light for the darkness just yet, you may feel utterly overwhelmed, you may feel that you have tried everything and you will always feel this way…
but what has been learned CAN be unlearned, you just need to know how.
Logically you know that the way you feel, behave or react is causing you a problem.
Holding you back in some way or making you unhappy, yet you still find yourself going through the same cycles of behaviour again and again.
This could be anxiety, depression, anger issues, stress, phobias, addictions, self-doubt or any other unwanted emotion or behaviour that is holding you back from who you really want to be.
What do we do?
Together we use a blend of therapies and techniques in order to help you move from a state where you feel overwhelming sadness, hopelessness or anxiety; to a place where you are now in control of your emotional state.
