Frequently asked questions
We are all so wonderfully different, and so every individual session is too!
Before you arrive, we'll have an informal chat where we'll cover what you wish to tackle, what your goals are and ask me any questions you might have.
During single sessions and programmes, you may experience some hypnotherapy, coaching tools and therapeutic activities which will challenge the way you currently think, feel and communicate.
If you have any unresolved trauma, you may also receive some Timeline, BLAST or EMDR therapy. All will be discussed with you beforehand and you will have a clear guide of what to expect.
Your sessions will involve challenging unhelpful thinking and behavioural patterns, stepping out of comfort zones and putting practical strategies to work in-between sessions. Due to the more practical, solution-focused nature of the work we do together, your sessions are best suited for those who experience more mild to moderate anxiety, or anyone who feels stuck in some way and needs help in getting to where they want to go.
It is not suitable for individuals who may experience more severe forms of depression, severe mental health conditions such as forms of psychosis or current suicidal ideation. If you feel that this may be where you are, then I strongly recommend that you contact your GP for further advice.

It depends on the issue presented and also on the individual. More simplistic issues such job interview anxiety, mild phobias or exam stress may only require a single session.
Everyone is different and it is essential that the psychological drivers of the issue are addressed in order to then deal with the symptoms. Typical numbers range from 4 - 6, with additional sessions required for a some clients.
This will be discussed during your initial consultation call and multiple booking discounts will be applied if it is felt that you require this.

My treatment room is in Redditch, Worcestershire, however I also work with clients online within the video call section of their secure, client profile page.

On-going sessions are £60, with concessions available for Blue Light card holders. Each session lasts 50 minutes and can take place online or in person.
After your appointment, you’ll also have access to any follow-up tools, exercises, or audio resources in your member portal to support your progress.
Hypnotherapy sessions are £80 and allow up to 75 minutes to provide sufficient time for the hypnotherapy process. These sessions also include relevant tools and hypnotherapy audio recordings for you to use at home.
