  • What happens during sessions?
    Each appointment will vary depending on your individual needs. Before you arrive, we will have a free telephone consultation in which you will talk about what you wish to tackle, discuss ideal outcomes and have any questions answered During single sessions and programmes, you may experience some hypnotherapy, NLP tools and coaching activities which will challenge the way you currently think, feel and communicate. If you have any unresolved trauma, you may also receive some Timeline, BLAST or EMDR therapy. All will be discussed with you beforehand and you will ave a clear guide of what to expect.
  • Are your sessions for me?
    ​I love to help those who experience mild – moderate anxiety, or anyone who feels stuck in some way and needs help in getting to where they want to go. It is not suitable for individuals who may experience more severe forms of anxiety or mental health conditions such as forms of psychosis or current suicidal thoughts or behaviours. If this is you then I strongly recommend that you contact your GP for further advice. If you aren’t sure, then please contact me and I will be more than happy to chat with you about your own specific circumstances.
  • How many sessions will I need?
    It depends on the issue presented and also on the individual. More simplistic issues such job interview anxiety may only require a single session. Everyone is different and it is essential that the psychological drivers of the issue are addressed in order to then deal with the symptoms. Typical numbers range from 2 - 6, with additional sessions required for a small number of clients. This will be discussed during your initial consultation call and multiple booking discounts will be applied if it is felt that you require this.
  • What sort of issues do you work with?
    Every individual is different, and therefore every issue is different and I aim to include a variety of approaches to suit each person. The more common issues people approach me for are anxiety, depression, abuse, trauma, anger, managing bereavement, working through a relationship breakup, self-confidence and self-esteem issues, unhealthy habits & behaviours, feeling stuck, feelings of being different, burn-out, stress, feeling unhappy without knowing why and finding meaning or a direction in life.
  • Where are you based?
    My treatment room is in Redditch, Worcestershire, however I also work with clients online via Zoom.
